Legal Terms/Art Commission Agreement
I. Introduction:
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF COMMISSION CAREFULLY. THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT.

Welcome to the services operated by Greh (collectively with its affiliates, "Greh", “GrehArts”, "Artist", "Us", or "We") consisting of third party websites or software applications or any other product or serviced by Greh (Including but not limited to "Wix", "Discord", "Twitter", "Instagram", "Twitch", "Paypal", “Google”, and etc.) available to and from its art commissions. This art commission agreement and legal terms (hereinafter "Agreement" and "Terms") is made effective as of immediate request in both parties.
II. Scope:
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions whereby Artist agrees to create a work of art (the "Work" or "Art"), as requested by you ("Requester", "Customer", "Commissioner", or, "Client"). Once the commissioner has request/hire from us to create a certain artwork with their following criteria and the artist has the rights to refuse or decline the requester of this work.
Artist hereby represents and warrants that Artist represents that no other individual or entity may claim any rights, title and/or interest in and to said Work.
III. Deadlines:
Once the Artist agrees on the work, the work will be started with no deadlines. Unless Client requested the deadline from the start of the work.
IV. Compensation:
For the commission of the Art, Client will pay the artist the following amount agree upon during negotiation (the "Fees" or "Payment").
Payment will be made after the first art or work draft.
Artist will include the following number of revisions: 3. Any additional revisions will incur further fees, to be discussed at the time of the revisions are requested.
If Artist does not hear from Client before the rough draft within the following 7 days, the Work shall be considered declined.
If the Artist does not hear from the Client after the rough draft or any revisions within the following 7 days, the Work shall be considered accepted with no further changes permitted.
V. Termination:
This Agreement will automatically terminate when the Art has been completed, and Client has paid the Artist in full with any additional fees.
VII. Non-exclusivity:
Client and Artist hereby acknowledge and agree that nothing contains herein is to establish an exclusive relationship between the Parties. Artist shall be free to continue working for and taking on new clients, without regard to Client. Artist does not need Client approval for any such work.
VIII. Indemnification:
Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold Artist harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, actions, judgements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or resulting from Client's acts or omissions or the breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this Agreement.
IX. Survival:
Any provision of this Agreement, which by its terms imposes continuing obligations on either of the Parties shall survive termination of this Agreement.
X. Force Majeure:
Artist is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.
XI. Entire Agreement; Modification:
This Agreement embodies the entire agreement between the Client and Artist relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be changed, modified, or discharged only if agreed by both parties.
VI. No Employment or Agency:
Neither party, Client and Artist, is, by virtue of this Agreement, authorized as an agent, employee, or legal representative of the other. Except as specifically set forth herein, neither party shall have the power to control the activities and operations of the other, and its status at all times will continue to be that of a independent contractor relationship.
